Ranger Rovers
The Bharat Scouts & Guide is a Voluntary, non- political, educational Movement for young people, open to all without distinction of origin, race or creed, in accordance with the purpose, principles and method conceived by the founder Lord Baden Powell in 1907. The purpose of the Movement is to contribute to the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of the local, national and international communities.
The Ranger Rovers unit of this College was started in 1991. Regular programmes of Flag Etiquette, Flag Song, Tent Building, Bridge Building, Handicraft, Cooking Food Without Utensils, All Religion Prayer etc. are organized by the Unit. The Unit also organized activities like adventure programmes, rescue operations, emergency management, literacy, drives, a forestation, etc. Award for work is always ahead. Interested students may clearly specify their choice.
